woke up early to go to sch for
gym training at 7 end up all late x.x
so started at 745 laidat.
ran 6 rounds around 3rd lvl
then when we finished,
saw seriously and her friend pull flag
pull hse flag on wrong pole somemore.
finished running did crunches
pumpings and planks 2 sets each.
strengthening ended at 820
then no time to bathe ahhh!
&i miss macs breakfast, i rly do.
then was sticky and stuff during
morning assembly and chem yucks.
after shooting frm LKS during chem
had PE agn zz damn tiring lo -.-
fun ah y cannot later time of the day.
played netball same team as eileen&ep.
LOL very tired after that so..
replenished with food during break.
poor caro sprained her ankle agn
&its worser than the old injury. ._.
